I never received my items. The seller failed to ship my order.

It was packed really well, and although it took some time to arrive in Canada, I kinda saw that coming :)

I placed my order on December 27, 2022, but it didn't arrive until February 11, 2023. They claimed it would just take 5 to 10 business days. I shot off two emails regarding my order. The first one was on January 5, 2023, and I got no reply, then I tried again on January 14, 2023. Zain finally responded with a picture of the tracking 🤣, which I could already see myself.

I really like what this company is up to by letting people experience the scents for a while before committing to the full price. I definitely suggest you give them a shot. I got 3 samples of Margiela fragrances along with an Acqua di Parma Colonia.

I placed my first order in late November, aiming for a Christmas gift. Sadly, it got stuck in transit because of the worker strike. Zain was super quick to reach out and inform me about the delay. As days went by, my order still hadn’t shown up, and the tracking info wasn’t budging. Zain kept an eye on my order throughout this whole ordeal. Christmas came and went, and I started thinking the package might be lost for good. Zain stayed in touch with me regularly and eventually provided a coupon code for a new order, suggesting I opt for expedited shipping to make sure it got here fast. I took that advice, and it showed up in no time, and the gift was a hit! I also ordered a bunch of different sample scents, and they all came in perfect condition. Fast forward a month, and the original package finally made its way to me! Just a few hours after it arrived, Zain personally checked in to confirm. Once again, this package was undamaged and everything was neatly packed. The samples were all intact, and like the previous shipment, they included individual spray heads. I couldn’t find this kind of product anywhere else; this is the only spot where I could get a variety of cologne samples from different brands. It was just what I needed! The quality is top-notch. Plus, this has been some of the finest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The fragrance showed up sooner than I thought, and it was in perfect condition, nicely wrapped. The scent is fantastic! I just wish the bottles were a tad larger.
